Beautiful Nicole

I first met Nicole a couple of years ago when I photographed her brother, Josh, for his high school senior portraits.  I think he may have possibly been my first senior?  Oh how far things have come!  Well, at that session with Josh (such a cutie… and I STILL remember him calling me ‘ma’am,’ and thinking, “Now that’s a boy who’s been raised right.”) I got to take some photos of the whole family – they’re all absolutely beautiful!  Out of all the photos taken that day, one of my hands-down favorite shots was an up close of Nicole – she has stunning eyes!  Absolutely beautiful!  As soon as her mom contacted me about these photos for her college graduation I immediately thought of those eyes.  🙂

I loved spending time with Nicole for this – she is a complete sweetheart – as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside.  She’s graduating from college and going on to medical school – such a hard worker!  She has a pink stethoscope.  That pretty much made my day.  She wants to work with kids… well, that just sent me over the moon.  And she wanted photos with her Bible and with a special book that she used to read with her grandfather (I almost cried at that point).  Lastly, she didn’t mind my little hooligans playing in the grass beside us while we were trying to make some sunset magic.  She’s born to do amazing things, you can just tell.
